Although there are some good recipes and a few tips for those trying to manage AS, this book is extremely overpriced. It's a short book, not a full-blown cookbook. It does have some links to helpful food sources and a food list. However, the food list/index seems to be cut short (blank pages in the e-book), and the same material is available easily online. A $40 e-book should be massive. I would have been okay paying $3.99 for this text.
